Penny & Vince - Studham Church & Ashridge 11 September 2010

Quite a brilliant day was had with Penny and Vince on their wedding day. The weather wasn’t looking too clever as I arrived for the bridal preparation but the atmosphere was so great the clouds and showers did not not matter. Penny was looking stunning and we headed off to the beautiful Studham Church. With a large number of people expected this was going to be a grand occasion. Vince was in situ and looking extremely composed! Luckily the rain stopped as Penny arrived in dramatic fashion and a lovely ceremony ensued. With much celebration the newlyweds exited and were soon covered in confetti!!

Quite soon we headed onto the stunning location of Ashridge. Its an amazing venue for a wedding reception with acres of gardens and National Trust woodland. The atmosphere of the day was in full swing as the guests arrive on a double decker. I grabbed Mr and Mrs for some private shots on the bus to maximum effect. Everyone was enjoying the drinks reception and we were able to get many zany groups shots prior to a massive downpour... The speeches were hilarious after the wedding breakfast and then onto the evening. Penny and Vince were quite unbelievable as they did a classic “strictly come dancing” set! Then the dancefloor filled, the grooves started. The night finished with fireworks to end on a high.....
