Just found out I have won the second round of Wedding of the Year competition in the Aug/Sept edition of Berks and Bucks Wedding Magazine!!! This was the fabulous wedding of Cait & Jamie at Stoke Place, so thanks to those who voted..brilliant news!

Vintage At Goodwood - 5 Decades Of Cool Sunday 15 August 2010
Went to the Vintage At Goodwood Festival on Sunday. Celebrating 5 decades of British Cool...what a day!! So many amazing sights and sounds. From Northern Soul to House, from Rockabilly to Roller Disco, from Ska to Rave. The colours and styles were fused perfectly giving a rich insight into our music culture – an eclectic mix of fashion and tunes on display everywhere I turned. Highlights were seeing the legend that is Leroy Hudson, Wayne Hemingway taking the roof off the Soul Casino with some bumping soul and disco but the best part was just being there and dancing to the coolest music!

Suzie & Luke - Crockwell Farm, Eydon, Northamptonshire 24 July 2010
A memorable day with Suzie and Luke recently. My first wedding in Northamptonshire at Crockwell Farm and this lovely rural location was perfect for this fun and carefree wedding. With just the sounds of birdsong Suzie and the girls were busy getting into action. Slowly guests appeared including a large contingent from Holland and a beautiful ceremony followed. The newlyweds and I escaped into the wheatfields for some private shots with quite dramatic effects....so still, so silent. Back to join the party for lots of fun, laughter and dancing!
