Laura & Freddy - The Olde Bell Hurley 10 September 2010

It never ceases to amaze me who many brilliant weddings I am lucky to cover at my most popular venue. Laura and Freddy’s wedding was another classic.Another dry and warm September day helped to settle any nerves Laura may have had and I spent quite a while with her and the girls which I think helped! Freddy was looking as cool as a cucumber and enjoying the time prior to the ceremony. The bride entered looking stunning and an emotional but high spirited ceremony ensued. The Malthouse is so ideal for this with great natural light filtering onto the couple. Everyone exited into the gardens for a care free reception with some crazy images ( including the shopping trolley !! ). This was followed by emotive speeches and some quite extraordinary private shots of the newlyweds. Lastly some serious dance moves to get the party started..

Alison & Will - The Olde Bell Hurley 04 September 2010

Its easy to see why September is the most popular month to be married.. There are so many lovely warm sunny days ! Luckily Alison and Will had a beautiful day for such a joyous occasion. With a smaller, intimate wedding planned the day was always going to be fun and there were a few twists along the way. Such a fantastic ceremony with feeling in the malthouse. The guests were in party mood early on especially with a surprise ice cream seller on a bicycle!! Added to this there were some great adult outdoor games. Everyone loved some hilarious speeches as well. The couple and I escaped in my car and headed down to the river for some private shots so allowing them a few intimate moments to end a superb day!
